Holiday fee charged for the following holiday's:
- New Years Eve + New Years Day
- Valentines Day
- St. Patrick's Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve + Christmas Day
Payment Policy
- Payment is required in full prior to the start of all services. Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
Same-day bookings are accepted; however, payment must be completed before the scheduled service time.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service to receive a refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Timing Policy
- I do my best to arrive at your requested time, but visits may vary slightly depending on travel and other bookings. I always make sure your pet receives the full time and care they deserve.
Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for providing clear care instructions, an emergency contact, and a reliable way for me to enter the home (key, lockbox, code, etc.) to ensure services can be completed smoothly.
